Yep, I got a 5% raise. It's not much, really, and I was expecting a lot more. One of my co-workers quit and I will be acumulating both positions until we hire a junior position to take some of the load off of me. My manager told me she asked HR for more, but that's all they were willing to give me now. Well, maybe when I take over the position they can give me more money.I'm not greedy, but I know I have the lowest pay in my department, even though I do more work than everyone else. The others have "seniority", but the seniors are often asking me to solve the problems and clarify issues. Sounds like I'm the one with most experience, right?
Anyway, I told my boss it was nice to get a raise, that it would help with the rising gas prices :P
