Worse: it's Monday, it's raining, it's the day after a week-long vacation and the first day I'm accumulating extra work.
There were 100+ emails in my inbox.
The escalator inside the metro station was broken, and 2 out of 3 escalators coming out the station were out of service.
The new hire in our department is annoying and spends all day on the phone. When she's not on the phone, she's on her cell. Her job function is already shady, no one knows for sure what she does; and nobody likes her because she's a royal pain.
Three co-workers lost a family member last week.
It truly sucks.
